Floral Services

Step 1

We begin with a personalized consultation to discuss your vision for the event. If you're still unsure of the details, that's perfectly okay! I'm here to guide you through the process and help create a vision board that beautifully reflects your style and goals.

Step 2

Following our initial consultation, I will begin preparing a customized proposal. This will include inspirational imagery, a curated color palette, defined style elements, recommended botanical selections, estimated quantities of arrangements, and a detailed pricing breakdown.

Step 3

Once the proposal is approved, my team and I will begin developing a more detailed floral design plan. You’ll have unlimited revisions, which can be made up to 14 days prior to your event.

Day-of Coordination

Step 1

We start with a personalized consultation to discuss the details of your event day. During this meeting, we’ll explore your vision and outline the specific ways I can help ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Step 2

Approximately eight weeks prior to the event, we’ll schedule a planning meeting to review the timeline, logistics, and vendor coordination. At that time, I’ll request a complete list of your vendors so I can communicate with them directly to ensure a seamless experience.

Step 3

Four weeks prior to the event, I will reach out to all vendors to confirm details and ensure alignment across the team, helping to create a smooth and stress-free experience on the day of the event.
